WT Camp’s cook, Mrs. Tasty, was just about to begin preparing the picnic lunch for all the campers. She already knew she needed to fill 55 bowls of the same size and capacity with the same amount of food. When she was done, she decided to read the guidelines for the picnic, just out of curiosity. The guidelines said:
1. Every camper gets their own bowl of soup.
2. Every two campers will get one bowl of spaghetti to share.
3. Every three campers will get one bowl of salad to share.
4. All campers are required to have their own helping of salad, spaghetti, and soup.
After some rapid calculations, Mrs. Tasty was able to figure out how many campers were going to the picnic. Can you?

Evolta is a little robot with a big goal: to finish the famous Ironman Triathlon race in Hawaii. For the race, athletes must swim 2.4 miles, ride a bike 112 miles, and then run 26 miles!
Evolta stands only 6.7 inches tall. The robot will actually have three different bodies for the race—one for each part. It will start its Triathlon in late October, after the real Ironman is completed. Evolta is completing the race to show off the power of its amazing batteries.
People who compete in the Ironman Triathlon have 17 hours to finish. Because Evolta is so much smaller than a person, he is being given a full week. How many hours longer is Evolta being given to finish the race than human racers are? (Hint: 1 day = 24 hours).Post your ideas and I will post the answer next week.
